It’s simple and quick to get started.
Gutter cleaning is one of the most simple businesses to start, and start quickly. As I’m writing this it’s the end of September. This means that if you’re in an area like me (northeast) the gutter cleaning season is starting up and will hit the peak within several weeks and go strong until it begins to snow. Luckily for you, you can get going in 7-14 days if you take it slow, or within days if you really push hard and get your chance to ride the gutter cleaning season to great profits. It’s simple and quick because it doesn’t take much to get started as you’ll learn further down in this course. To put it shortly, if you can get past the fear of a little height, find a way to get your hands on a ladder, find a way to transport that ladder from job to job and learn how to move a ladder… climb it… swipe your hand.. Grab some gutter debris.. Put it in a bag.. Climb down.. Get a check.. Go home.. Then you’re well on your way to starting a profitable gutter cleaning business.
The marketing costs are low.
One of the biggest reasons most will not start a gutter cleaning business is because they are worried they won’t get any business. This is the easiest part of the business in my opinion if you follow my proven methods that are laid out in this course. The marketing for a gutter cleaning business is one of the lowest compared to most industries. I don’t like to do door-to-door sales, cold calling, direct mailing.. Those all work, but I prefer having people come to me and that’s what I teach in this course – starting a gutter cleaning business that gets calls as soon as the very next day from people looking to hire you in your area. Of course this also depends on the area you are in and the time of the year.
It has high profit margins.
Gutter cleaning has great profit margins. In fact, it’s mostly all profit. If you have your own vehicle and your own ladder, the only other expenses are gas and some advertising costs.
It allows me to create the freedom of time, location and finances.
This business gives me everything I desire from life when it comes to income generation. Let’s look at the first one. Freedom of time. I have the freedom of time because I work when I want to and don’t work when I don’t want to. This is possible because I schedule gutter cleaning jobs for days that I want to work and don’t schedule on days I don’t want to work. If I want to take a full week off, then I can do that by scheduling all jobs a week in advance. This creates freedom of time because I am in control of it and so can you. Next we have freedom of location. With a gutter cleaning business I’m not fully free of a location, but to a certain degree I am. Let me explain. By this I mean that I’m not stuck to one location for long periods of time. When you have a 9 to 5 job, you have to stay local and stick around for long periods of time until you get that couple week vacation once or twice a year.. If you’re lucky. This really keeps you anchored to one place. With a gutter cleaning business, because you can work when you want and because you will make in a couple days more than your friends make in a week, you have the privilege of getting up and going anywhere in the country or the world for a few days or even weeks at a time if you want… making you location free. The third is freedom of finances. I consider myself financially free when I don’t have to think about or worry about bills anymore and I can get fun toys and most importantly be able to give back. A gutter cleaning business creates this financial freedom. I’m not saying you’re going to be super rich and get literally anything you want. No. What I’m saying is that you can make more than the majority of the people in the United States do every single week by working a couple days a week. This isn’t far fetched. I’ve done it, continue to do it, and have helped many do the same. BUT it doesn’t last all year round. The gutter cleaning season starts building up at the end of summer and hits its peak during the fall and begins to shut down when the snow starts, unless you’re in an area where it doesn’t snow much or at all. It picks back up after the snow begins to melt and continues. Just because it’s seasonal doesn’t mean you won’t have any work during the off season. There are many similar types of work that can be done during the off-season that I will discuss at the end of this course.
There’s a great demand.
There really is a great demand for good gutter cleaning services. Especially during the peak season time. Once those leaves begin to fall off the trees people start calling for quotes. You’d be surprised how many people never show up after giving a quote. I get tons of people calling during the peak season saying that I’m the third person they are trying to hire and they hope I will actually show up. What is happening here is there is more demand than workers. People start taking on more work than they can handle and then jobs start slipping through the cracks, or they simply don’t show up. Most people in this business are one man handymen and not large businesses. They work a bit .. make enough money to be content .. and then many times decide that they don’t want to go out some days. This is great for you and I. We are here to meet the demand.
You don’t have to go all in with your time and finances to get started.
Do you currently have a job? Don’t quit it. Do you have some money saved up? Don’t invest all of it into your gutter cleaning business. It isn’t required. That’s the beautiful thing. It can start off as a part time weekend only thing that brings in enough income to allow you to quit your job. Or it can remain a part time thing for you that you use to bring enough extra income that allows you to get the new toy you’re after, or the vacation you’ve never had… or the way to pay for college for the dream job you’re after. Whatever it is. It can be done with gutter cleaning and I will show you how.
